Death certificate from Theresienstadt for Adolf Loeb
The death certificate for Adolf Loeb was issued in the Theresienstadt ghetto and confirms his death on 30.04.1943 and his cremation on 02.05.1943. Loeb's son Werner took the death certificate with him from the ghetto to the U.S. and later gave it to the Jewish Family and Children's Services Holocaust Center in San Francisco.
